The Platform began the new year with a new pop up, a pie shop! The volunteers have been baking many different types of pies over the last couple of weeks, choosing different fillings and pastry types to cover the delicious fillings! The Volunteers have made a steak and potato pie, a leak and cheese pie and even a moroccan vegetable pie- with homemade lentil pastry! The volunteers have all been very adventurous with their pie choices and have been very keen to try them fresh out of the oven!
